At Wildform Therapy, we believe clinicians deserve the flexibility to build a practice that works for their lives. We offer competitive compensation, professional independence, and the stability of W-2 employment in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Competitive, Tiered Compensation
Our compensation structure is based on clinical credentials and the number of completed sessions each week.
Licensed Clinicians

$60 per session | 10–19 weekly sessions
$65 per session | 20+ weekly sessions
Pre-licensed Clinicians

No productivity quotas. No minimum or maximum caseload requirements. No pressure to see more clients.
Our tiered rates simply determine compensation based on completed weekly sessions.
Paid Administrative Time
We recognize that quality clinical care involves more than time spent in sessions. Clinicians also dedicate time to documentation, treatment planning, client communication, and other professional responsibilities.
Wildform Therapy provides:
$25 per administrative hour.
1 paid administrative hour allocated for every 4 completed clinical sessions.
Weekly calculations based on completed sessions, including fractional hours.
Compensation for additional administrative time worked beyond the allocation.
All compensable working time is recorded and paid in accordance with applicable employment requirements.
